I have a few machines with a 3rd party application that accepts drag and drop emails from Outlook. A problem has arisen recently where users cannot drag messages from the Inbox, but they can from other folders. In fact, if you take a message located in the Inbox that cannot be dragged, and move it to any other folder (including a sub-folder of Inbox), the drag and drop works.
Any ideas on what would be blocking the drag/drop from items in the inbox?
