Where do I set the "Open next message" parameter in Outlook 2010?

OK, I feel stupid I can't find this, but there was a parameter in Outlook 2007 where when you performed an action on an e-mail (move, delete, etc.), you could set the action for what to do next (open next message, etc.).  I cannot find this section in the options in Outlook 2010. 

Does anyone know where this setting has been moved to?
