Outlook 2007 crashes when replying to an e-mail

Hello,

I have a couple users who are saying their clients are having trouble replying to their e-mail. The clients can open up the e-mails just fine, but when they hit send, it crashes their Outlook. From what I'm told, they are all Outlook 2007 users, however, I attempted to replicate the issue on a test computer with 2007 and it didn't crash when trying to reply or even send it. 

We use a image in our signatures, but I'm not sure what would be causing the crash even if that were the cases since this is the first time since August that we have experience this issue. Would an HTML signature conflict with a specific setting?
