“Task ‘’ reported error (0x8004102A) : ‘Error with Send/Receive’.”

I see many others with this problem and no real solutions. I got the page from Support which suggests a resolution...however I didn't get any further than to read it. the #1 instruction says: "open Microsoft Outlook profile containing the Outlook Hotmail connector" which I've tried to find it and have no idea where this PROFILE is or where to look for it to get any further?

I have Microsoft Office 2010 purchased six months ago. All was fine then I've been getting the error message for about two months, have not changed anything to cause this, it just started to show up.
