BCM 2010 - Add Business Contacts to Address Book

Good Afternoon

I thought this was going to be a simple one and it may still be but right now its hurting my head.

We have a customer who is a Business Contact Manager 2010 user, they wish their business contacts to appear in their address book and be search able when generating emails.  We had assumed that the usual process of right clicking on Business Contacts, choosing Properties and so on would do the job and were able to confirm these actions in the following previous post.

However we're finding that no matter how or where we right click on Business Contacts we are only getting the option to "Open in New Window" and nothing else.  We are unable to get access to "Properties"

Any Suggestions?
