Cannot set up a rule in outlook 2010 to move messages in inbox to another a folder inside another person’s maillbox (with access permission), a bug in outlook 2010?

We have outlook 2010 and exchange server 2007. Set up a mailbox for a generic person called genericsale. Now a few sales people have full access to this mailbox and they want to set a rule to move certain messages from their individual inbox to this genericsale mailbox in 2010 outlook. But it does not work properly. It seems one can only trick the rule to move messages to the inbox inside genericsale's mailbox. But we cannot get it to move to any other folder inside genericsale's mailbox. This feature works in outlook 2007. Does anyone know why?
