So I have a client that occasionally wants to look at past .pst files. They are saved in My Documents. The problem that is happening is when I go to Open and click Open Outlook Data File, nothing happens. The dialog box that allows me to browse does not show up and it just goes back to the Inbox. I have done a repair on Office twice and also re-added his Exchange profile. Still the same problem.
I also tried opening in safe mode and still the same. It is only in Outlook as well. All other Office programs work fine.
We just installed a new server. They are on SBS 2011. I don't think that should have anything to do with it though. He is also running Windows 7. Anybody have any ideas?
