Trying to help a customer with an email issue. She is using Outlook 2007. Email that is originated by Outlook is not being received by recipients, however, there are no apparent errors, or bouncebacks and even when Delivery Notification is set, it is received
as delivered, but the message never is received. Identical messages sent to the same recipients directly from the customers web based email account page (same account) comes thru fine. The account setup tests sucessfully in Outlook and test msgs appear. There
are no apparent problems with the setup and no errors reported, but anything originated in the Outlook program never arrives. I would appreciated any ideas or pointers as to where to start. Thanks.
