Can't a HTTPS RSS Feed Through Add Default RSS Feed GPO

Hi,

My goal here is to try to add an RSS feed automatically through a GPO.

I downloaded the Office 2010 Administrative Templates (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=18968) and was able to get standard HTTP feeds to work. For example, I added feed://rss.cbc.ca/lineup/topstories.xml.

My problem is that the company uses HTTPS. I've tried random things such as feeds://address or https://address being unsuccessful.

Please help. Any advise or even opinions will be helpful.
