We are using Outlook 365, I have a user who receives duplicate emails about every other day. When he goes to click on one of the duplicate emails they both go away. He is not able to see the content of the email because they disappear so fast. Most times when they do come in they are from days prior. His job requires him to see every email so this is causing allot of problems for him to efficiently do his job. I have verified that everything in his account settings are correct and even tried to run a repair in Outlook but, he is still getting the same issue. The only thing that I can think of is to try and delete and recreate his outlook profile at this point. Any suggestions?
