im working with a client and needed some help.
issue: sync issue between outlook 2013 and outlook 365 webmail for an exchange server configured email.
unit has outlook 2013 installed.. it is configured on exchange server. everything works fine.
also, i open up my webmail in internet explorer browser - it is outlook 365 webmail. same email address.. i.e. exchange server configuration.
action 1: i open up my outlook 2013 and delete an email.. it goes to deleted items immediately..
however, when i check my webmail.. the mail still shows up in inbox.. i have to refresh the inbox several times.. close and open the browser again sometimes.. and sometimes need to disable cached exchange mode .. and then it works then it stops to work again.. the client does not intend to leave cached exchange mode disabled ...
if i were to delete an item from webmail .. and check in outlook 2013 .. the sync is working fine.. i.e. the mails are showing as deleted from outlook 2013 as well..
so this problem is "outlook 2013 deleted mail still shows up in outlook 365 webmail on an exchange server configuration"
Windows has been reinstalled, .. outlook has been reconfigured for the same issue... are there any suggestions/KB articles that can guide us to a solution ?
