Supporting a user with Outlook 2013; he cannot see his Contacts' Notes when opening from Outlook, but from OWA, they are visible. He was using Outlook 2010 before and we migrated to Exchange 2013, which was around the same time that his Notes disappeared.
Tried moving to Outlook 2013, creating a new profile, we even tried checking the QAT for a ribbon add-on, starting outlook.exe /safe, etc.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
