My whole office is using Outlook 2010 or 2007, with Microsoft Exchange. Everything is linked/shared on a network between the computers, hence Exchange. My questions are in regards to the calendar within Outlook.
First, can we have a communal calendar that appears on all of the computers, as well as personal calendars?
Second, in regards to the communal calendar, we are wondering if there is a way to have it "live?" This meaning that when one person in our office updates it, the new "appointment/meeting" is sent to all of the calendars on all of the computers in the office without syncing them individually. Is this even possible? Will all of the calendars be "live" already? If not, how do we make them "live?"
