I have a user who is running outlook 2010 and is trying to set up a Recurrence meeting on his behalf. User goes to the Calendar tab, selects the date that she wants, but as soon as she hits the Recurrence button an error pops up and says "The recurrence pattern is not valid."

the date format is correct i have doubled and tripled checked that.
the only work around i currently have for her is from the mail tab, new item, meeting. she is able to create a meeting for herself from there and if she goes to scheduling assistant she can change her name to the other user and create a recurrence.
but as you can see this is very time consuming and not the best solution, any help would be great thanks.
