Outlook 2016 crashes on startup -Faulting module AppVIsvSubsystems32.dll

Previously had Office 2013, then upgraded to office 2016.  Upon startup, I get the following error for Outlook 2016 only.  All other office apps appear to work.

Any suggestions?
