Hi, I have a senior manager who needs their staff to view her contacts.
She has given access to majority of her staff without issue.
When assigning reviewer permission to a particular staff member and selects 'Apply' to allow the access, the selected staff member's details are removed from the 'Contacts Properties' window and access is removed. This is also the case when selecting 'OK'.
I have tried adding from the GAB manually, having 'Use Cache Exchanged Mode' option selected and not selected in the outlook client.
On the Exchange the managers and staff members accounts both reside with the same Storage Group and Mailbox Store.
I have tried giving the staff member access to my contacts with the same outcome. Although I have managed to add other colleagues without issue.
When trying to add via the 'Share Contacts' option on the folders tab I get the following error when sending the confirmation mail.
"Folder sharing is not available with the following entries because of permission settings on your network:"
With the access recipients address in the box below.
I don't believe that this is related to my personal permissions as I have full administrator rights.
