What is the pathforward when I want to take "the email part" out of "on-premise SBS 2008" and move it to Microsoft Hosted Exchange., and keeping the SBS 2008 as print and file server, Windows User Management, Internetaccess etc.
My problem is that the local Outlook 2007 Clients still want to communicate with the "on-premise SBS 2008" instead of using the new "Hosted Exchange Settings". This problem comes only with "migrated users", when I setup a new user, on the new Hosted Exchange, everything runs smooth.
The Mail Service is already stopped on the SBS, but there still seems to be a connection between the Local Outlook Clients and the SBS. Could this be a cache problem?
tks for any help
