When you first launch Outlook it works just fine. About five or ten minutes after launch though the system will no longer send mail; ("not responding" , "trying to recover your information") when you try to reply, or forward, the email. Sometimes the mail gets stuck in the outbox, but then I generally have to delete it after closing/relaunching the program. I don't seem to have this problem on an XP client connected to the same Exchange Server using Outlook 2010; it just seems to be this (fairly new, fully patched) Windows 7 64 bit machine. I really couldn't find anything useful in the event logs; just "The program OUTLOOK.EXE stopped interacting with Windows ..."
