Is there any reason Microsoft can't get Outlook to know the difference betweenSent emails and Received emails?
I mean it is quite simple. When you create a folder under the Inboxyou automatically want to view when it was received and from whom. This is how it lists by default. That's fine.
Why then is it so difficult to default the Sent side of the equation to when it wasSent and to whom?
Really, it is now 2013 and how long have they had hoards of programmers "developing" this software?
