I've taken on a project at work, and it involves retrieving the pst files for all ex-employees to put on a NAS. I'll explain my problem through example: I just set up and retrieved <fill in the blank's> email from our Exchange service provider, and they have quite a few sub-folders. It appears as though the server is only populating the Inbox, automatically. So far, I've had to click on each sub-folder to get the server to retrieve that particular sub-folder's mail. I was hoping that the server would automatically retrieve every sub-folder's mail in the initial retrieval.
Is there a way to make this happen? I would prefer not to have to click through every folder for its respective info, especially since I have dozens of mailboxes to complete. Any help is much appreciated!
