Hello
I am using Windows 7 home premium 64 bit. MS Outlook 2010. Trying to configure my gmail into outlook. configured but noticed it is in offline mode and unable to make workonline as the offline button is with xmark red colour symbol.
To solve this I have to enable use catched exchanged mode. When I try to enable it, it says the requested operation is failed.
Please inform what to do.
