Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 Pro.
For some unknown reason I can no longer use the search refinements - they are greyed out.
If I disable cached exchange mode here
then the search refinements work normally, but unless I am running in cached exchange mode business contact manager will not work. Not to mention that running in cached mode is much faster.
Anybody know how to fix this?
