Unable to Manage Email Linking and Tracking with Business Contact Manager 2010

Hello, I'm using Outlook 2010 (x64) and just installed Business Contact Manager 2010.  When I click on the Manage Linking and Tracking button on a contact, I get the following error:

Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please try again.

After clicking OK, it brings to the screen where you woudl manage the Linking and tracking options, but both the Email tab and Folders tab are blank.  If I try and type anything into the search field on the Email tab, I get the same error.

I do have 2 Exchange Accounts configured in my profile and one of the accounts is configured to open 2 shared mailboxes, not sure if that could be causing problems.
