Please bring the customization features back to keyboard based shortcuts for Outlook. Being forced to use the mouse to navigate from inbox to sent items to calendar (I know about CTRL+1 and others, but try this, use the quick access toolbar shortcuts - alt-1/2/3/etc - to access calendar and see how great they work once you're in calendar - they start showing you 1/2/3/etc days in the calendar view instead of going to the quick access toolbar 1/2/3 icon like they do from anywhere else...).
Bring them back so I don't have to be a slow mouser...
