outlook2016 can't send document by right click on filename

I am using Outlook 2016 Professional Plus. When I want to send a file (filename including Chinese word), I can't send the file by right clicking on the sent file using "send to the" →"mail recipient". After clicking, there is no response, the file can be sent only in English word, not including Chinese word.
