Outlook 2013 new email icon

Hi,

I have Outlook 2013 installed. Before when receiving new email, I used to get display notification, yellow envelope icon in System Tray, and Outlook's icon also had small envelope on top of itself.

Since some time I don't get the latter, which is very inconvenient. I was able to tell quickly when new email arrived while I was away, just by checking Outlook launch button in the Task Bar, so there was no need to expand System Tray or maximise Outlook.

Do you know if this was removed with one of the latest patches or I changed it accidentaly in the configuration?Please advise,
