I have a strange situation. I am using OL 2010 32-bit on a Citrix server running Windows 2008 R2 (x64). I have ONE user who when he opens Outlook as his first app, he gets the following error:
Cannot open your default e-mail folders. Outlook cannot start because a data file to send and recieve messages cannot be found. Check your settings in this Microsoft Outlook profile....
Please know a few things:
1) If I open a different application first and establish a logon session, then open Outlook, it's fine.
2) It's not a profile issue on the client side. I have started with a brand new profile and it doesn't seem to make a difference.
3) We have GPO's in place which a) disallow the use of PST and b) force users to be in online mode (not cache mode).
