Hi,
I am attempting to create a fill-able work request form in Outlook 2010.
1. The user would complete the form and click a "Submit" button to submit.
2. The person in charge of "Work Request" inbox would receive an email with two button, one to request more information and another to assign to task to analyst.
3. If the request for more information button is clicked, it is sent back to the submitter.
So what is the problem?
The request comes into the "Work Request" inbox, the person sees "This item contains active content that cannot be displayed in the Reading Pane", I realize that is because I have vb code in the back ground. I did find references to form regions. When should form regions be used? Are form regions more complicated than worth? Is there better way to solve the problem?
Are there examples of fillable forms in form regions? If so, where could I find one?
