In XP using a XNK file it worked. Now I'm banging my head on the wall trying to figure out how to have Outlook open to a Public Folder.
I was wondering if using a switch "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\Outlook.exe" /selectoutlook:calendar
Would something like /select outlook:All Public Folders/Public Folders/Calendar work?
So I got the answer to my tag awesome> <Thank YOU> . Now I have a 2nd part to this question.
Part 2: - I have adde this to my logon.bat file. Is there a way to change this answer so the logon.bat file knows which user is logged in? Changinguser.name@mycompany.com to relate to the current logging on user?
Jdoe@mycompany.com oradoe@mycompany.com or cdoe@mycompany.com - so each user, gets THEIR outlook to open?
start "" "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\OUTLOOK.EXE" /select "outlook:\\Public Folders -user.name@mycompany.com\All Public Folders\Bulletin Board"
