I send out all sorts of emails which I need a response to every day and I lose track of a lot of them so don't remember to follow up. I don't really like the 'follow up' feature and really just want to put all the emails into a folder so I can see what I'm dealing with more clearly.
I've made a system so that I can mark sent emails as 'Awaiting Reply' by adding a categorising them when sending and automatically adding those categorised messages to an 'Awaiting Reply' folder.
I'd now like to automatically remove that categorisation when the email has been replied to but have no idea how to go about it!
Any help or advice would be really appreciated - or if I'm just making things harder for myself and there's an easier method to keep track of important messages that are awaiting a reply then I'd love to hear them.
