One of the employees of my company gets multiple emails a day like this:

6:48:02 Synchronizer Version 14.0.4760
6:48:02 Synchronizing Mailbox '
6:48:02 Synchronizing local changes in folder 'Sent Items'
6:48:02 Uploading to server ""
6:48:02 Synchronization of some deletions failed.
6:48:02              [0-130]
6:48:02          1 item(s) deleted in online folder
6:48:02 Done

He receives his mail and the synchronization goes just fine. still it is a real nuisance getting this message so frequently.
We are currently working with Exchange server 2010 and outlook 2010.
