We have several users who cannot see the high details on an Outlook 2010 calendar. Their default setting is Low Detail and when we switch to High Detail, the calendar view does not change and the setting of High Detail does not 'stick.' We
have run Office Repair with no luck. Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
