Send as distribution list "From" as default

Hi

Some of my users send emails from a distribution list and all it's OK but every time they create a new email they have to change "from" address to the distribution list because by default always appear their name.

It's possible to define the distribution list by default on the "from" address in outlook 2010 ? We are using office 365.
