We recently just installed, configured, and deployed CRM 2011 here at our company and we noticed something very frustrating going on with the Outlook plugin for CRM 2011. When users are in the "Sales Tree" in left navigation pane and they go into any sub area like Contacts, Accounts, Quotes, etc.. they have scroll bars in the window that displays the results. For Example they can use the scroll wheel on their mouse to move up and own in the results. With that said, when we created dashboards and added modules/windows to the dashboards for instance an active quotes and active accounts window in the sales dashboard, when users go to that sales dashboard, they don't have scroll bars in them so they manually have to hit the next page button to see more results. Is there a way to have these dashboard windows/modules display more results per first page and have scroll bars so users can move up and down in the results?
Please help! This is extremely frustrating!
