Weird problem with Outlook and Windows Server 2008

I have setup an email account for one of my users and after I reset her password I can no longer open Outlook, not even in safe mode. Also when I open Control Panel and press Mail->Email Account again it crashes.

If I put the password as it was everything is working fine.

The user is on a Windows Server 2008 R2 with Terminal Services using Outlook 2007 with Oracle Outlook Connector Account.

In event log I get the following error for Mail->Email Account:
