Outlook 2010: Can't add a second exchange account

I have two Exchange accounts on two seperate servers that I'm trying to setup access to with Outlook 2010. Independently of each other I can get each one setup just fine. Both are using auto-discover and using Outlook Anywhere. It doesn't seem to matter which order I go in as I get the same error on the second account each time.

The error header is Microsoft Outlook and the error reads: This account already exists in this profile and cannot be added again. To modify the existing account, select the account and click Repair or Change.

But the account doesn't exist. When I exit out of the error and cancel the new account creation, I'm left with just the one Exchange account in the list of accounts.

The user names of the accounts are similar domain1\mary and domain2\mary and both e-mail addresses are mary@domain1.com and mary@domain2.com. I've created new profiles and even a new user account just to make sure I didn't goof something up but every time I go to add the second exchange account, I get that error. I've also tried setting up the exchange accounts manually instead of using auto discover and I get the same error.
