How to copy Outlook column to another one

The image is a overview of my tasks in Outlook 2010.

How do I copy the 'MLOTimeMin'-values to the 'TotalWork'-column in Outlook? Unfortunatly not by dragging and dropping. I don't know anything about programming/VB-scripts. I have to copy the same two columns a lot so preferably I would like a VB-script so I can put a shortcut of it on my desktop.

Can anyone help me with my problem?

Thanks to anyone who can help me. It'll make my personal productivity air tight again  ;-)
