Outlook 2010 local credentials - where are they saved/stored?

I've ran into a specific issues with credentials not being saved between TS sessions:

I'm wondering where are they stored physically on the PC; it's Credentials Manager, but where does it store that information? How can I check if it's being redirected in roaming profiles?
