Run Outlook rules at particular times, on a shared mailbox

Greetings,

We have a shared mailbox which we'd like to run rules on. We'd like to be able to run rules every hour, without a dependency on any particular individual being logged into the mailbox.

Is there the possibility of setting up Outlook to run rules on the server, rather than on a particular machine? Can the rules be set to run at a particular time(s)?

We're using O2007 and migrating to O2010 soon.
