Rule to filter mails with exclusively one word in?

Hi

I'm trying to create a rule to move emails with "In" as the subject. 

When I create the rule outlook moves all mails with "in" anywhere in the subject, eg, if it had the work "incident" in the subject it would move that aswell. 

Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?
