I go to "Send/Receive" tab, "Send/Receive Groups" icon, "Define Send/Receive Groups..." menu item, "Edit" button to edit the "All Accounts" item. I see my three accounts: a POP email account, an IMAP account, and a text message account (SMSOfficer). For each account, everything in "folder options" section is grayed out and I cannot edit any of these settings. My problem is with the IMAP account - no folders are checked, so it doesn't send or receive when I hit the "send / receive all accounts" button.
I've read 'Related Topics' and tried starting Outlook in safe mode to access settings. Didnt work
