Messages stuck in Outlook

Hi All,

I have an issue running Outllook 2010 with no cache mode and exchange 2010. Some times messages get sent, do arrive at the destination but are still present in the Outbox. This is happening more and more. Outlook is fully updated as well.

Any thoughts?
