Is it possible to have the Global Address List as a contacts folder in a users Outlook Folder list. The reason I ask is that they have updated all the users details in active directory, and would like to access this via a contact folder within outlook so it can be searched for department, telephone number etc.
Searching the internet I have come across posts which say that it can be exported then imported into a contacts folder, but this would have to be done each time an update is made.
The customer has said that they have had this setup with a previous employer...
