I notice there are quite a few of these threads but my case doesn't fit the others as this is being accessed locally and there is no read only issue.
I have exported a .PST file from one user and seek to open it with another user. This works fine for me but not for the user in questions copy.
I've placed the file onto the users workstation, altered the ACL to allow them full access/ownership. The file is unencrypted and has no attributes barring archive. I considered it possible that the file had been damaged in some way by the transfer so I ran the repair tool against it.
Are there any permissions I might have overlooked?
