Outlook 2013 - Google mail doesn'thow up

I have converted 3 of my machines to Outlook 2013. On 2 of the machines, Outlook 2013 shows all 41,000 messages that I have in a gmail imap account. On the last machine, I am missing about 12,000 messages.

I have looked though this forum and have checked and done all the items. I also (1) made a new profile and (2) used a backup pst file.

Any ideas?
