After having a problem that required me to reboot my computer, I had to recreate an email account. After that, I was getting duplicate emails in Outlook; i deleted the account a couple of times and reinstalled and the last time, the system wouldn't let me create the new account. It said there is already an account with that name.
Now I'm able to receive email to that address - because the system sees an account that I can't see. But I'm unable to send because the account doesn't appear in my 'Send from' list.
How do I find and delete the account the system sees so I can create a totally new account?
