I have Windows 7 and Office 2010 on my Laptop. I use Outlook for my e-mail. Whenever i try to open an attachement from an e-mail I get the following message come up in the preview pane "The file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed". this then followed with a a message box that tells me that whatever i am trying to open could not be oened with the application specific to it . I.e. powerpoint or Word. this is then followed by "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005) click ok to close the application".
Going to MIcrosoft download's there are so many veiwers shown don't know which one it should be so any help and advice would be useful please
