Configure mail on Outlook 2010 in Windows 8

Hi all,

I am following the steps in this link :

Configure Mail on Windows 8

to configure my company email for one of my employees. But in the article they are talking about Microsoft account .Do I have to create a Microsoft account for each employee each time I have to configure their mail on Windows 8?
Specially that we are thinking to start using Windows 8. Can I bypass this?
