Outlook 2010 automatically inserts a picture into the body of a message when you click new message

Hello,

I am hoping someone out there can help me with this issue, that I am having in Outlook 2010. I work in a school, and one of my teachers has suddenly developed a problem when trying to create a new message. He clicks on the new message button, and the window opens with an image already inserted into the body on the new message. I am thinking that Outlook saved this message as a template, and is using this every time a new message gets created, am I right on that assumption? Can anyone tell me how to remove this, so when he creates a new message the image will not be automatically entered in to the message.
