Send As Permissions not working on Outlook Client

Hello Friends,

Followed the steps found here:http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/13912.how-to-give-send-as-and-send-on-behalf-permission-on-a-distribution-group-in-exchange-2010.aspx. However after the fact, I can send from OWA and I can't send from the client. Is there something locally that is preventing it from sending.
